If the message "Tracking Information Not Available" shows up, it means your country's home courier has not yet scanned the item(s) through their system. Please allow your shipment some time to be processed.

Depending on the product(s) you have ordered, shipment(s) may arrive separately within days apart. Don't worry, if you received a tracking URL, your shipment(s) is on its way, if you ordered more than 1 item, expect them to be delivered separately.
If you have any more questions and concerns regarding your shipment's location, ETA and such, you must contact your courier directly. seeing that the shipment is no longer in our possession.
